We do not accept returns on any items, only exchanges on certain items. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. Please do not exchange items that have pet hair attached to it, we will not issue you an exchange if your clothing has become part animal. All shipping costs associated with any return/exchange falls upon the responsibility of the customer.
